Mediva Vet Supply sells exclusively to licensed veterinary professionals, clinics, and facilities. Where a product requires it, you must hold and maintain a valid, active license to purchase. We may verify your credentials at any time and may decline or cancel any order or account that does not meet licensing or regulatory requirements.

To purchase, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information, including required licensing details. New accounts and certain address changes are subject to review and approval before ordering or pricing is enabled. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Prices are shown to approved, signed-in customers and may reflect negotiated or volume-based pricing. Prices are subject to change and may contain errors; we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel affected orders. Payment is due by card at checkout unless your account has been approved for net payment (credit) terms, in which case invoices are due according to the agreed terms. Past-due balances may result in suspension of credit terms or account access.

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability, and a confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where required by law or licensing rules.

Shipping, delivery, and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it for processing times, carriers, free-shipping thresholds, and return eligibility.

If you enroll in a subscription or auto-restock program, you authorize us to place and charge recurring orders at the cadence you select, using your payment method or terms on file, until you cancel. Prices and availability for recurring orders are those in effect at the time each order is generated. You can modify or cancel a subscription from your account; changes apply to future orders.

We strive for accuracy, but product descriptions, images, packaging, and availability may change and may contain errors. You are responsible for using products in accordance with their labeling and with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards, including any storage, handling, and recordkeeping requirements.

The site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to Mediva Vet Supply and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Resell or divert products in a manner that violates applicable law or licensing requirements;
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, its security, or its underlying systems; or
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Except as expressly stated by us or required by applicable law or a manufacturer's warranty, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mediva Vet Supply will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mediva Vet Supply and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the site, your purchases, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
